Return Policy

It is the policy of Wicks & Stones to issue a full refund on any jewelry-making supplies returned within 20 days of purchase/shipment if returned in original packaging. After 20 days, Wicks & Stones will either replace item(s) or issue a store credit to the purchaser.

Wicks & Stones cannot refund jewelry creations due to the natural wear and tear of item(s). If purchaser experiences breakage or problems within 30 days of purchase, there will be no charge for repairs. After 30 days, there will be a $5 restring/repair charge.

Wicks & Stones does not issue refunds on custom orders.
